    Symbol of the classical perfection, the most massive palace in the world was, from the end of the 17th century until the Revolution, endlessly under construction.     Louis XIV, jealous of the splendor displayed by Fouquet at Vaux-le-Vicomte, ordered from Le Nôtre the most splendid gardens for Versailles. In just a few years, the famous gardener managed to blossom remarkable scenery in spite of the swampy terrain. The Grandes Eaux allows you to fully appreciate this masterpiece. More intimate, the Petit Trianon and the Domain of Marie Antoinette reveal an art of living inspired by the freedom of thought of the Age of Enlightenment.

    Dedicated to the intimacy of sovereignty, the locations offers remarkable buildings embedded within gardens.

    Not far from the castle, Louis XIV gave free rein to his love of architecture and gardens by creating an area restricted to his personal leisure. Built upon a former village, the location naturally retained its former name : Trianon. Louis XV and later queen Marie Antoinette fell under the spell of this place and contributed to develop and embellish it.

    Created in 2003 by Bartabas, the National Equestrian Academy of the domain of Versailles is a corps de ballet unique in the world.

    Based on transmission as well as the art of the representation, the daily teachings combine horse training from the Haute Ecole and a variety of disciplines such as artistic fencing, dancing, singing or Kyudo - Japanese archery. Bartabas has taken hold of this exceptional royal space and offered to a lucky few the opportunity to expose, discover and overcome themselves, thus digging the groove of an original and unparalleled artistic tale.

    These carriages are also an outstanding manifesto of the technological advancements of the time expressed through technical novelties : traction, suspensions, convertible carriages but also a high level of comfort. Completely renovated and redesigned, the Gallery of Carriages extends upon close to 1000m². The museography and lighting highlight these gilded wood and bronze artworks all while respecting the architecture and the essence of the place.

    In 1844 made rich by the success of the "Three Musketeers", Alexandre Dumas built a castle on Port-Marly's hillsides.

    The domain of Monte Cristo is located on the hillside of Port-Marly, between Marly-le-Roi and Saint-Germain-en-Laye. A stroll in the park and a visit of the castle will make you discover the whole universe of the Three Musketeers's famous writer.

    The castle of Monte Cristot is located at the heart of an english style park with caves, ponds and rocky gardens. A Renaissance style residence with entirely carved facades where coexist floral bouquets, medallion portraits of writers and strange animals.

    Preserved for 150 years by rigorous town planning regulations, this location -a classified site- has preserved for the most part its aged picturesque nature.     The Golf & Country Club of Fourqueux was inaugurated in 1963 thanks to a group of passionate golfers. Driven by their love of nature and friendships, they managed to establish a lively golf course at the location of a historic domain.
