The team of Monsieur Fine Bouche is new, young, dynamic and talented, which Head Chef, Alexis Jordan reaches perfection in the kitchen using only local and fresh ingredients.
Passion and appealling
Alexis was born in Savoy, a mountain region of France and has gone through a roller caster career. He first studied to be an accountant, then chose to join the famous kitchen of Ferrandi, known as the Gastronomic place. Soon he was offered to be an apprentice at one of the notorious restaurant in Paris “the Prè Catalan”, three stars Michelin Head Chef Frederic Anton is still inspiring the kitchen.
Alexis went along for ten years with the influence of great Chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Jean-François Piège.
He then joined le Crillon and le Athénée Plaza in Paris and later became the Sous-Chef at the restaurant “La Ferme de mon Père”.
Few years ago, he decided to go solo and shapes his own restaurant the Grand Méricourt in Paris with the precious help of his wife Christelle Ly formerly a cook at the Plaza Athénée.

Louis Crouzat and Vladimir Obolensky old college friends convinced Alexis to put his talent and their skills in the adventurous business to create Monsieur Fine Bouche. Always the duo of Le Clos Tellier and Monsieur Fine Bouche are seeking excellence to reach one common goal : quality.
Alexis Jordan works in his kitchen like music conductor aware of all the music sheets. Beyond the creative and finest creativity of the taste he also gives great importance to the visual presentation of food.
